Level Up offers an auto-renewable subscription with a 7-day free trial. You can view, change, or cancel your subscription anytime from your Apple ID:
You can also manage or restore purchases inside the app: Settings → Manage Subscription.
Switched devices or reinstalled? Open the app and tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen (or in Settings) to re-activate your plan.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from inside the app: Settings → Delete Account. This removes your profile, progress, and personal data from our servers. Note: deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — cancel that separately via Apple Settings (above).
Level Up uses Sign in with Apple. If sign-in fails, make sure you're signed into iCloud and connected to the internet, then try again. Still stuck? Email us.
